The Nebraska Junior High State Cross Country meet started in 2012. The cross county coaching staff at Papillion-La Vista South H.S. wanted to provide an opportunity for the best 7th & 8th grade runners from across the state to compete in a championship caliber environment.

The 2012 state meet hosted 348 runners in 2 races. The meet has now grown to a point where we host 1200+ athletes across six races each year.

Whether you are the top runner in your school or you just want the chance to compete in a great race environment, this event is for you!
